Velcro straps for internal/external oar storage allowing boat owners to store oars and paddles inside of the boat along the inner & outer side of the tubes.  These patches feature a velcro webbing sewn into PVC fabric. thats threaded thru the patch. The patches must be installed with a good quality glue to the tubes.
